Sour Grapes! Musicians are free to donate their time and talents toward focusing people’s attention on any issues or candidates that they care about. It’s called Freedom of Speech–a right guaranteed under the United States Constitution. Anyone who doesn’t want to listen to the political message doesn’t have to attend the concert. It’s strictly voluntary on the part of the fans and musicians, so “chill out” because whether you like it or not, these type of concert events are perfectly legal, and they’re here to stay.
