U. Florida named nation’s top party school
Gainesville may not have won ESPN’s TitleTown USA contest Monday night, but University of Florida students still have something to party about this week.
The Princeton Review named UF the No. 1 party school in the nation Monday.

Penn State party ranking jumps
Penn State’s recent jump from the No. 6 party school to the No. 3 party school in the country is the result of party-conscious students, junior Garrett Guinivan said.
“I think we all stepped it up this year,” said Guinivan, creator of a Facebook group that focused on bringing the ranking up. “That’s pretty awesome that we got bumped up to No. 3.”

Dartmouth slips down in Princeton Review lists
Despite the overhauls to the financial aid program announced in January, Dartmouth was ranked 18th out of 368 colleges for “Students Dissatisfied with Financial Aid” in the 2009 edition of The Princeton Review’s Best 368 Colleges.
The new edition, released Tuesday, also rated Dartmouth 17th on the “Colleges with a Conscious” list, and gave the College high academic and admissions ratings.
