By clicking the “Send it” button on the press release order form you agree to the following terms:
University Wire is not responsible for lost or misdirected information as a result of use of this form. Upon credit authorization or receipt of other prepayment, University Wire will distribute the press release requested by the person or company listed in the form by electronic mail to its member newspapers. University Wire does not guarantee that its member newspapers will publish or otherwise use the press release in their publications. University Wire will include the electronic mail address of the above person or company when distributing this press release which will serve as proof of performance of requested services.
U-WIRE immediately will send releases received Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Eastern time. Releases received outside of those hours will be sent at the beginning of the next business day unless otherwise specified.
A receipt will be emailed to the cardholder’s e-mail address given on the form. The charge listed on the receipt will come from Collegesports.com, a partner of U-WIRE.
REFUNDS and CREDIT: There will be no refunds given by University Wire once a press release is sent by electronic mail to its member publications. Only in extreme situations (i.e. when University Wire fails to distribute the press release) will a refund be given. University Wire, at its own discretion, may credit the above person or company for additional press release distribution at a later date.
